A rainbow effect from a Mediopunto – a half-moon stained- glass coloured window on the old equipment used for producing rum on display at the Museo del Ron Havana Club in the Havana old town in Cuba. The Mediopunto are seen on some of the older buildings, mainly in the old town quarter. It is a Cuban tradition , created in the 18th century to protect the interiors from the glare of the tropical sun.
