Nathan Ward searches for some identification that may have been lost in the rubble of a collapsed apartment Aug 28, about a day and a half after Hurricane Harvey struck the coastal town of Rockport, Texas. Ward is a police officer there as well as a member of the Texas Air National Guard's 149th Fighter Wing, headquarted at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. (
