Garry Edward Hunt (born 1942), British planetary scientist, at home studying weather patterns on Saturn. Hunt worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) on the space missions of the 1970s to 1990s, principally on the Voyager missions. He has also held appointments as Professor of Atmospheric Physics in the US and UK. He consults widely in business and industry, and has written a number of books on astronomy and planetary exploration. He is Fellow of the Institute of Directors and the Royal Meteorological Society, and a member of The Planetary Society and the International Astronomical Union. Photographed in 2007, in London, UK.
