Leicester Cathedral taken in warm Autumn light. The Norman's started building the church here around 900 years ago. Between the 13th and 15th centuries, the church was enlarged and the structure changed. In Victorian times, the architect Raphael Brandon partially rebuilt and embellished the church. It became a cathedral in 1927.
