Lt. Gen. Christopher Cavoli welcomed the new Army Europe Deputy Commanding General Maj. Gen. Andrew Rohling at a patch ceremony held on Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Germany. We thank the Army for sending you to us.” During his short welcome remarks Rohling said it was great to be back in Europe. “It is great to be back to our German friends and our Italian friends and we enjoy every part of this.”
