CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May. 5, 2017) Lt. Cmdr. Timothy R. White, left, the outgoing commanding officer of Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Chattanooga, is presented the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal by Capt. Matthew T. Berta, center, commander of Navy Region Southeast Reserve Component Command Jacksonville, during a change of command ceremony at the historic Tivoli Theater. White was relieved by Lt. Cmdr. Joseph D. Tanner during the ceremony.
