TANGIER, Morocco (Feb. 3, 2014) Chief Sonar Technician (Surface) Luis Alicea gives a group of students from the American School of Tangier a safety brief prior to a tour of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Elrod (FFG 55) during a scheduled port visit to Morocco.
