E'ñepa indigenous girl traveling in savanna, during seasonal moving between rainforest and savanna in southern Bolívar State in Venezuela.


The Eñepa (also known as Panare) are sash-and-burn horticulturists which they complement with hunting and gathering. They move between the forest and the savanna biomes according to the seasonal availability of natural speak a Cariban language.
