Jenny Lind. The earliest variety ; netted, of small, round size, excellent flavor. Golden Jenny. A small, highly-prized early variety. Cassabah. This much improved sort has come to the front; it is the largest variety grown. (See Novelties.) Introduced by us in 1872. Pkt. 20 cts. Green Citron. Medium size, deeply netted, nearly round, of delicious flavor. Netted Pineapple, or Nutmeg. Medium size, flesh green, firm, juicy and very sweet. tlackensack. One of the best, of large size and attractive appearance ; very productive and of excellent flavor. Extra Early Hackensack. A careful selection from the Hackensack, and with fruit much like the parents in shape and quality of the flesh, but ready for market 10 days earlier; they are ofgood size, weighing from 5 to 10 pounds each. Emerald Gem. A small very early Melon, form, globular-; flesh salmon colored, too much can- not be said in favor of this variety; the flavor is exceptionally fine—solid and thick, exterior dark green.
