Ati Imposter John Manning, a former member of 200, Columbus, Ohio, and who wasgranted a clearance card from that local,which was accepted by L. U. 51, of NewYork City, fraudulently obtained a dona-tion of money and other help from themembers of the latter local by posing asa victim of the recent Ohio floods, disap-pearing immediately thereafter. Helater turned up at Stapleton, N. Y., wherethe members of L. U. 567 gave him adonation of $10 and secured a job for like manner, he imposed on severalother New York locals.
