Col. Eric Cloutier speaks to students from the Norwegian Defense College aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) Nov. 14, 2018. The students were briefed on amphibious operations and received a tour of the Iwo Jima in order to broaden their understanding of the defense capabilities of one of Norway’s NATO partners. Cloutier is the commanding officer of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
