PORTLAND, Ore. (May 22, 2017) Capt. Drew St. John, USS Frank Cable's commanding officer,reads his orders during a change of command ceremony May 22. St. John was relieved by Capt. Jeff Farah during the ceremony held at the Naval Operations Support Center Portland. Frank Cable, currently in Portland, Ore. for a scheduled dry-dock maintenance availability, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
