At Sea (17 July, 2018) Boatswain's Mate Seaman Apprentice O'Bryan Owens rigs the high-line aboard guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88) in order to conduct a replenishment-at-sea with Military Sealift Command auxiliary dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7). Preble is currently underway conducting routine operations in the 3rd Fleet area of responsibility.
