columbia wharf building london docklands rotherhithe

the Columbia wharf building London rotherhithe. Columbia Wharf, James Edmeston 1864, was originally designed for grain storage. The first grain silo in a British Port was later adapted for use with general cargo and was up until 1976 used for storing tea, coffee, cocoa and dried fruits. The façade original remains, but it has now been redeveloped for housing and as part of the Hilton Docklands Hotel.
