A billboard showing the FBI's most-wanted is seen in Times Square in New York on Saturday, January 16, 2010. The digital billboard located in the "Crossroads of the World" will display a gallery of the FBI's most-wanted criminals including alleged Wall Street scammers, drug dealers, murderers, bank robbers, and rapists. The agency hopes that with the enormous foot traffic in the area someone will recognize one of the wanted, as well as raising the public visibility of the agency. (© Richard B. Levine)
