SILVERDALE, Wash. (April 28, 2017) Capt. Tom Zwolfer, chief of staff, Navy Region Northwest, explains the importance of the Retention Excellence Award in front of Navy Region Northwest. The Retention Excellence Award is bestowed to commands that meet a minimum score of 90 points on the Annual Command Information Program Review, aggregate Zone “A” attrition rate less than five percent, and uphold no “Failed To Submit” incidences in the Career Navigator System.
