IWGB union rep Beatriz Acuna from nearby offices in Finsbury Circus brought a message of support to the International Women's Day protest outside Bloomberg's London offices calling for re-instatement of cleaner and union rep Hanna Abebe, sacked without disciplinary procedures following her miscarriage at work caused by too heavy work. The union say that because her employer Compass provide no occupational sick pay she had to return to work before she had recovered and was then sacked for her trade union activities.
