High Point State Park, New Jersey, United States of America – May 2, 2017. High Point Monument in New Jersey, USA. The 220 feet (67 m) structure marks the highest point in the state of New Jersey. Designed by Marion Sims Wyeth, the obelisk monument was built through the generosity of Colonel Anthony R. and Susie Dryden Kuser from Bernardsville, NJ, who also donated the land for High Point State Park, in honor of all New Jersey war veterans. Construction began in 1928 and completed in 1930.
