Poached Ivory and Rhino Horns being burned.
The date was 1 2 95 the location was Nairobi National Park Kenya Africa and this was the third burning of 27 tons of poached Elephant ivory and 57 Black Rhino horns This burning also included carved ivory trinkets confiscated from traders within Kenya The goverment of Kenya was forced to take this action after losing 50 000 elephants to poachers whom were also responsible for placing the black rhino on the the cites endangered list through their sloughter of this magnificent animal The date was 1 2 95
