H. Macloskie, of specialapparatus designed for this system. Duringthe operation of the road in the summer of1893, Mr. BrinckerhofT had charge of the car that road. He is patentee of various devicesand machines in use on this railroad, and isstill connected with the company, havingsuccessively filled the positions of superin-tendent of motive power and way, assistantgeneral manager, and general manager,which post he now holds.
