The actual work of construction was carried on bythe West Side Construction Company, a corporation hav-ing the same officers as the railroad, with E. W. Eckertas chief engineer. This company gave the contract forthe iron and steel of the structure to the Carnegie SteelCompany, of Pittsburg. AND TERRITORY.
