Surface to Surface loam, limestone rubble, sandv wash, and , 2in. to White and blue marble. 217ft. to to Practically no decided change in the country, it being calcite interstrati-520ft. tied with bands of slate, and from 350ft. the core showed pyrites in varying quantity. The country throughout was of very broken nature,which made it necessary to ream the hole out to 350ft., and put incasing to that depth, so that the water woul
