Pickering War Weekend will take you back to World War 2. British, Soviet, US, German and Resistance fighters lived, trained and fought in realistic living history camps and thrilling battle re-enactments. Firing demonstrations, vehicle runs, a T34 Tank and tactical displays will display in the battle field and two spectacular re-enactments will take place each day. German troops have invaded the Soviet Union under operation Barbarossa. See the German Wehrmacht battle with Red army protecting their Motherland. At The Western front battle re-enactment. It is 1944 and the liberation of Europe. See how American and British forces combine with vehicles, weapons and troops to battle with an ever desperate German army in northern Europe. Both battles will feature very load special effects and pyrotechnics!
