He is known as Jiǎng Jièshí or Jiǎng Zhōngzhèng in Mandarin. Soong May-ling/Mei-ling (5 March 1898 - 23 October 2003), also known as Madame Chiang Kai-shek, was First Lady of the Republic of China (ROC), the wife of former President Chiang Kai-shek. General Joseph Warren Stilwell (19 March 1883 - 12 October 1946) was a US Army four-star general known for service in the China-Burma-India Theatre.
