This Lovely Mogul was one of a class of 15 engines built for Brazil's metre gauge Leopoldina Railway in 1899/1900. The engine was a wood burner and worked at the Usina Santamaria in Brazil's Campus state having been pensioned off from main line service. At night shrouds of crimson embers issued from the chimney whilst a ghostly wheeze issued from the cylinders.
