NSA Hampton Roads MWR hosted the annual Pink Ribbon 5k to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Oct. 14, 2022, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia. During the event health coaches and health educators from Wellness and Readiness (WaR) and Postpartum Physical Training (P3T) conducted fitness challenges, exercise, and shared valuable health information with participants.
