PHILIPPINE SEA (Feb. 06, 2019) Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) Fireman Joshua Bell, from Columbia, South Carolina, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88), preforms a visual inspection of fuel for water and sediment during a replenishment-at-sea with USNS Wally Schirra (T-AKE 8). Preble is deployed to the 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
