Morning exercise in Lumpni Park, Silom, Bangkok, Thailand, is a way of life. Each day from 6AM and again at 5PM it is possible to find up to a thousand people or more taking a variety of exercise forms. Visitors need to note than when the National is played everyone stands still, even in the park, and it is good manners to follow suit.
