On September7 an agreement was reached, and a protocol embodying thevarious stipulations was signed by the representatives of theBritish and Russian Governments and by the other ex-Shahs pension was fixed at about $80,000 per September 9 he left the Russian Legation, accompaniedby his family and retinue, and started towards the Caspian Sea,to journey to Odessa.
