Romanus Arthur Julius (Romain) Deconinck (Ghent, December 7, 1915 - Ghent, December 1, 1994) was a Flemish actor, singer, comedian, director and conferencer. He is seen as one of the figureheads of the Flemish popular theater. He was best known among the general public for his collaborations with Gaston and Leo and his radio program De peperbus.
