Captain Rudd wishes it to be knownthat no students are authorized lo buyuniforms except those who are ineligi-ble for the S. A. T. C. but who willtake the military training. The uni-form will be the regular issue cottonkhaki and will be the only authorizeduniform for the unit. Those who al-ready have uniforms will be allowed towear them until the issue equipment ar-rives and then all will be expected todress alike. Members of the S. A. T. C. will besoldiers in every sense of he will under the strictest militarydiscipline and absolutely no favoritismwill be shown, A man who lives acrossthe street from the campus will have no more liberties than one who lives out-of-town.
