Leland Bennett, a welder with the Army Corps of Engineers Medium Capacity Fleet, welds a conduit guard for a maintenance project led by Pittsburgh District at the Loyalhanna Lake dam in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, Aug. 31, 2022. The fleet sent a small team to the dam to repair a gantry crane, a crest gate dogging device, and add a new jib crane motor and control system.
