Ryan Raby, a fuels system specialist with the 64th Air Refueling Squadron, checks the wires and casing around the fuel system inside a KC-46 Feb. 2, 2023 at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire. All of fuels system's maintenance is unscheduled, so the maintainers are constantly kept on their toes, fixing, troubleshooting and up-keeping components and hardware to ensure all aircraft are mission-ready.
