David Burger, the G-3 for Task Force Spartan, announces the winners for the TF Spartan 2nd annual Small Arms Marksmanship competition, April 28, 2021, at Udairi Range Complex near Camp Buehring in Kuwait. The marksmanship competition was held to identify superior marksmen from each TF Spartan major support command, enhance unit cohesion, and instill esprit de corps.
