Col. John Woodward, commander of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, congratulates 1st Lt. Geoffery Bacon of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd ABCT, for earning the expert infantryman badge at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Oct. 1, 2017.
