Gilder. In his Flag day message, Mr. Ham- mond said, regarding what the day is for: "Not simply to show a flag made of red, white and blue colors, but to impress upon the minds of both young and old the aspiration of Americanism -—the best accomplishment jiossiblc for human beings to attain.
