The coal-car tracks fromthe storage bin to the boiler room have an up-grade ofapproximately 5 per cent, and the ash-car track also has a5 per cent up-grade from the basement to the platformwhere the ashes are dumped into the large ash cars, to bedelivered at Coney Island and elsewhere, where they are.
