The Leviathan, previously known as Vaterland, enters New York Harbor during World War One, capturing the style of camouflage used at the time. Lieutenant Carl Louts Gregory took this photograph on April 2, 1918. The Leviathan belonged to the Hamburg-American Line, considered the greatest steamship of its time. Note: Not for publication.
