Mountain Farm Museum is made of a collection of historic buildings from the area that have been re-constructed in this area. Most were originally built late in the 19th century and moved to this area in the 1950's. There is one cabin quite unique in that it is built from American Chestnut, which was decimated in the United States by blight.
