The first floor, in addition to bedrooms forgirls, contains a dining-room to accommodate the twenty occu-pants of the building and an equal number of boys which willbe provided for in separate buildings; a kitchen, a storageand serving room and a cooking laboratory. The second floorcontains double and single bedrooms for girls. The cooking laboratory shows an arrangement of equipmentsuggested by the best authorities. The tables are placedaround three sides of a square with an open space in thecenter for the teacher and the necessary worktable.
