Sofar as dimensions and general make up, the buildings are aduplicate of the shops built by the Columbus, Newark & Zanes-ville Traction Company at Newark, having been designed bythe same architect, E. H. Kitfield, of Boston. Each buildinghas five tracks, the car storage sec-tion having concrete floor with trackselevated on 8-in. x 12-in. oak tracksticks, the other having tongued andgrooved plank flooring. There arefive track pits, each 30 ft. long, hav-ing concrete floors. The rear sectionof one house is divided off for thewoodworking shop and the rear ofthe other for the machine shop. Thecarpenter shop has a transfer tablecovering three tracks with a pit underthe center track. The shop containsseveral woodworking tools, and theyhave practically rebuilt a number ofcars.
