The wind was light fromthe west, however, the balloon seemed tomake but slow progress beating against best the Zeppelin is a big, clumsy af-fair and, considering the cost, I do not seehow they can be of much use in a war. Theyare far too slow in their movements and toomuch at the mercy of the wind.
