It is set on in pyramidal groups, each formed of horizontal rows of lace gathers, in slight fulness. On the front of the lower skirt are two bows and ends of broad white satin ribbon, and a ceinture of the same ribbon is fastened in a bow, and long, flowing ends in front of the waist'.
