The type, in printing, can be pressed into the board y% in. if desired without strain- ing the machine. A special feature of the machine is the improved positive crank feed. This is much superior to the ordinary feed. This new feed is so positive that the same board may be printed any number of times without showing any deviation in the printing. The feed is also easily regulated to accommodate any size of board. The type roller is adjustable to uneven thickness of the boards. Three inking rollers pass over the type, while ink is distributed by two distributing rollers. A brush cleans the boards as they pass under it.
