In the background is the C-130 from the 37th Airlift Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany that transported an Air Force airfield survey team. The base was visited by the airfield survey team at the request of Romanian officials to determine if Romanian bases meet US and NATO standards for use in operations and exercises.
