Offering $2, Less Than 1948 - $3, Less Than Minimum Goal The Thanksgiving Offering for TheMountain Orphanage was approximately$ more from the churches on De-cember 15 than for a like date in 1948,,with all of the thirty active churches hav-ing made at least a partial report. Thetotal, shown in another column, is $8, The Home Mission Offering, taken in thefirst part of November, was $2, lessthan in 1948 and nearly $3, lessthan the minimum needed for the regularwork of the Presbytery.
