AT SEA, Indian Ocean (November 28, 2016) A Marine with the Maritime Raid Force, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, jumps out of a MH-60 Seahawk during helocast training conducted near the USS Makin Island (LHD 8) while afloat in the Indian Ocean, November 28, 2016. During the training, the Marines practiced inserting into the ocean via aircraft, as well as extracting back into a helicopter from the water using a caving ladder or rescue basket.
