This was Paradise House, our destination,and we were pleased to know that we were to be housedin harmony with the sylvan atmosphere of the place. I was warned of the possibility of harmless nocturnalintruders, and I was told I must not be surprised if anopossum entered my room, or wandered underneath theflooring at night.
