Laydekeri fulgeiis is a very fine hybrid, having flowers ot a brilliant purplish rose, with bright orange stamens. N. L. Ulacea is a hybrid of slender habit, but exceedingly pretty; the flowers are of medium size, very freely produced, and are of a rosy-lilac, with orange stamens N. L. purpiirata is more vigorous in habit than the preceding, and a very attractive and free-flowering hybrid; the blossoms are of medium size, purplish- red, with deep orange stamens, and very fragrant. N. L. rosea is one of the most effective of the small-growing hybrids.
