Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), explains her job in weapons department to Royal Australian Navy Vice Adm. Michael Noonan, Chief of Navy Australia, during a tour of the ship, March 28. Frank Cable is currently on patrol conducting expeditionary maintenance and logistics in support of national security in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
